When we are granted NGST status, Holyrood and its denizens will be revealed as simply colonial administrators acting within the bounds of reserved powers to asset strip Scotland. I'd like the building back but the "parliament" is an insult to the word democracy.
What we need do (in my humble opinion) is send an oath to all public servants NOW, the one they'll swear fealty to for a government after a UN monitored and truly Scottish franchise has voted on.
A "form of government that pleases us" - asserting and affirming the immutable sovereignty and national character of the people over their government at all times.
You won't sear such an oath ? You are barred from all future public service until you do.
The form of government needs to be (again my opinion) be backed by Digital I.D. and Block chain voting and use the BEST components of Swiss direct democracy.
This will keep elected administrators accountable, instantly (after a digital vote) replaceable and enable a fair and rapid referendum on all critical Scottish national matters and world affairs alike.
How do we frame the direct democracy we'd like see and who will help decide. A modern convention of the estates , SSRG (for sure) - who else? NOT WM, not the "unionist" parties in Scotland as they belong with their overlords in England. Not the SNP as it's NEC is owned by WM.
No one in their right mind wants to see a "democracy" based on money, corruption, non-accountability and overt foreign influence - like ALL Western "nations" today. Why?
They are corrupt and unaccountable. They tow the NATO( USA) line. They cede their freedom to genocide and invasion.
Scotland will not perpetuate this nonsense via a WM mark II system seated in the building where the colonial administration sits now - Holyrood.
We need immediate control over ALL main stream media to educate our people - but wait, it's a "reserved power". You see the problem?
My point is that the MSPs don't have to be "colonial administrators". They can choose to be something other. Something better. It is that choice they are afraid. A petition with 100k signatures might just give them some backbone.
For the rest; if you are talking about a timescale for starting the process which restores independen that stretches beyond the 2026 election then it is irrelevant. The same with stuff that can only happen after independence is restored. We must focus on the 2026 election. It is the democratic event which has the potential to start that process. But only if we put sufficient pressure on the political parties.
Unfortunately the SNP NEC is a wholly owned tool of WM and has explicitly said it's more interested in pronouns than even talk of "Independence" . That leaves the Greens who ARE pronouns and the the Scottish XXX parties who are all colonialists (unionists).
Even if every reserved power were given back to Holyrood it would still be a system where some elected body TOOK YOUR SOVEREIGNTY.
That's both illegal and unacceptable under OUR law.
If we are listed a colony BEFORE 2026 what happens then ?
What right/power do you think Holyrood has then? The U.N. will officially call England our administering power.
This notion of fake democracy we live in will collapse instantly. We need to look to how we fill THAT power Vacuum using Scottish law and with the full monitoring/backing of the U.N. not ANOTHER rigged 2014 fiasco.

But there is ONE element missing in our battle for freedom...I'll get to it in a minute.
Because I feel a lecture coming on.( ex PE Principal)..I don't do sarcasm or sympathy..I do INFORMATION. Quit the military marches unless you exercise moderately everyday. ..walking ,swimming ..anything but sitting on your brains. Check your diet. Check your shoes..are they suitable....and carry a shooting stick to sit on...Your joints will thank you and respond.

The Scots need to know the truth about the lying foreign english political parties 'squatting in Holyrood.' ( love that phrase Peter!) Anything that is outwith Scotland's control should be pointed out in a leaflet, email, advert, big bus with notices on side and large posters dotted all over the country. The Scottish Government must set up a department funded by us the people to distribute the INFORMATION ..particularly if it is GOOD news but pointing out the injustices done to our country.
We need to FLOOD the Scottish nation with INFORMATION relevant to our FREEDOM. Then the Scots can make informed decisions about THEIR country.
The Manifesto should be sent to all SCOTTISH households.By doing this the skin will fall off the eyes of the Scottish mushrooms. ( in the dark and fed sh*t) You point the way to freedom and the Scots can then decide on the future of their nation based on the TRUTH.
In a real physical battle commanders need INFORMATION and need it fast so they can make decisions about the next move. Decisions that could mean life or death for their army.
